Accessible places are not sold through the basket. Platform spaces are limited and allocated individually, and a personal assistant ticket has to be attached to the booking, so they are arranged directly with the venue's access team.
How it works
1
Ring the venue's access line
Every venue has a direct line, listed below and on each event page. Tell them the show and what you need: a platform space, a seat near an exit, a space for an assistance dog.
2
Ask for your personal assistant ticket
Every venue we work with provides a free ticket for a personal assistant. It is attached to your booking at the same time, not bought separately.
3
You pay the same price
Accessible tickets cost what the equivalent standard ticket costs, booking fee included, and never more than the price shown on the event page.
4
Bring nothing extra on the night
We do not ask for proof of disability to book. Some venues run their own registration schemes; if one applies, the access team will say so when you call.
The Great Hall is reached by a step-free route from the palace car parks, with an accessible viewing area at the rear of the floor. The walk up from the station is steep.
An open park site on grass, with a raised accessible viewing platform and a step-free route from the main gate. Ground conditions depend on the weather.
Email hello@uklivetickets.com and a person will reply. If any of the access information on this site turns out to be wrong or out of date, tell us and we will correct it. Getting it wrong costs someone a night out.
