About Courteeners

Formed in Middleton, near Manchester, Courteeners have been one of the most popular British guitar bands since St. Jude (2008): seven studio albums, more than a million records sold, and four consecutive albums in the UK top five.

Led by Liam Fray, they are best known for their outdoor hometown shows, mass singalongs built around Not Nineteen Forever and The 17th. 2026 marks twenty years, with the God Bless The Band compilation and this return to Wythenshawe Park.
