Who we are

UK Live Tickets sells tickets for live music in the United Kingdom. We are the ticket agent for the promoter or the venue: they stage the show, and we sell the tickets for it.

The shop is run by NJC Tickets & Events Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales and incorporated on 25 November 2011.

We sell for shows in the United Kingdom only, and we do not stage any of them.

Every price includes the booking fee. The fee is 5% of the face value, rounded to the nearest 50p, and it is in the price from the first page you see it on, as the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 requires.

Your e-tickets arrive by email within a few minutes of booking. There is one barcode per person, and you show it on your phone at the door.

If a show is cancelled or moved, you get a full refund, fee included. If your own plans change, there is no refund, but a name change is free up to 72 hours before the show.

Support is by email only, at hello@uklivetickets.com, and a person answers within 24 hours, seven days a week. There is no telephone number.
