Before you book
Does the price include the booking fee?
Yes. Every price on this site already includes the booking fee, so the figure you see on the event card is the figure you pay. The breakdown is shown underneath so you can see how it splits.
How will I get my tickets?
E-tickets arrive by email 48 hours before the show starts, not at the moment you book, so the booking reference is what you hold until then. Book inside that 48 hours and they arrive within a few minutes. Bring them on your phone, there is no need to print anything.
Can I get a refund?
Tickets are refunded in full if the event is cancelled or rescheduled. Otherwise they are non-refundable, though you can add ticket protection at checkout if you would like cover for illness or travel problems.
