What the price includes

Every price on this site is the price you pay for one ticket. It includes the booking fee from the first place it is advertised, on the card, on the plan, in the basket and on the ticket, as the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 requires.

The booking fee is 5% of the face value, rounded to the nearest 50p, on every ticket on the site. A £60 face value carries a £3 fee, so the price printed is £63. An £85 face value gives £4.25, which rounds to £4.50, so the price printed is £89.50.

The face value and the fee are always printed under the price, so you can see how it splits.

The total never goes up between the concert page and payment. It can go down, if a discount applies. Anything optional sits outside that figure, is never pre-selected, and is added only if you tick it yourself. There is no charge for delivery, because the tickets are e-tickets by email, and no fee to ask for a refund.

Some venues charge a separate fee of their own on the door, for instance a facility or restoration levy. Where one applies it is stated on the concert page before you reach the basket.

If the event is cancelled, you get the whole amount back, booking fee included. There is nothing to claim: it goes back to the card you paid with, within 14 days of the promoter confirming the cancellation, and we email you when it is sent.

If the event is rescheduled, your ticket is valid for the new date. If you cannot make it, ask for a refund and you get the full amount back. If the venue changes or the headline act changes, you can have a full refund instead. A change of support act is not grounds for a refund.

There is no refund. Tickets for a dated event sit outside the usual 14-day right to change your mind. A name change is free up to 72 hours before the show, so a ticket can go to someone else.
